I guess Apple did a bit of trickery in the past where they took songs off the iPod that were downloaded from competing companies. Two people are actually suing for up to $350 million. Do you think they have a right to sue? According to the report, they say that if people tried to add competitors downloaded songs to the lybrary, an error would say you'd need to restore your settings on your iPod.
I think it's dumb that people are suing, but when someone buys an MP3 player, they expect all music to work. This is why I never found Apple's iPods good because I hate iTunes with a passion.
