Do you workout often?

Do you workout often? I'll be honest and say I don't really work out often. I just feel I don't have the time and when I do I'm just too tired. I will be getting the new P90 soon as my brother is bugging me to get it, so I will try it. Plus I hear it's only 25 min workouts, so that works for me.

Anyways, do you like to workout? How often do you workout?

Not as much as I'd hope to. I work out every other day maybe, but I too have been sort of slacking in that department. I think it's because I just like to relax after work. idk.

About every other day. I also walk dogs for 3-4 hours a day as well, so that helps too.

Don't underestimate the P90X. I will kick your ass.

I've been doing all of the P90x workouts the last few years. They do indeed kick your butt. P90x3 is great because it's only 30 minutes a day but it's like the normal workouts crammed within a half-hour. Sixty pullups and 120 pushups in that time will leave you weeping on the floor. Make sure you eat a powerbar or nutrition shake before or after.

I have to workout everyday, it's a requirement for one of my college courses. Lucky me? I've done Insanity last year, ran cross country, and played some varsity basketball in high school. Now I just skateboard which is a great workout because I lost over 10 pounds last sumer!

I actually did P90 a while back, it worked nicely, but I got lazy. When I started college I sort of got off track, haven't really worked out much since. I need to get back on track though because man am I lazy. The new P90 that is coming out also is 20 some minutes per workout, and it is meant for any skill level, so I don't have to overdo it when it comes to working out. Plus I have bad knees so I don't have plans to do anything too major on my knees.

I like to lift a little and go for a run every now and then, but by nature I'm a lazy dude and I just like to relax. I could afford to lose some weight though, so maybe I'll get back to jogging or lifting weights again.

I wish I would lift more often. My brother has weights too so I have no excuse. I guess I'm just really lazy. haha!

The way my schedule is right now, I don't even have much time for sleep. My degree program is a lot of sedentary stuff, reading and writing, more reading and writing, and did I mention that I read and write a lot? On top of me holding a part-time job on the weekends to afford a hobby I don't attend to because of my studies, and being involved with youth once a week, I wish I can work out, lol. I'm hoping things will slow down because I do need to start hitting the gym again.

Yikes. That doesn't sound like fun, but you're working your way to something bigger, so you'll eventually get to a point where you can workout a lot more. I am just lazy, haha!
