Come on dude. They cannot ban someone for something that was done at another site. Would you expect Ebay to ban Donald for screwing you over on some other low budget game trading website if he hasn't done any of that on their site? I know I wouldn't so why would you expect them to ban him here if there don't seem to be any of those complaints regarding trades with people here.

There are some and he has a banned account here.

This is true. We allowed Donald back as long as he behaved here, and so far he has been behaving since we let him back. You on the other hand, are harassing someone because they owe you money.  No matter how you spin things, what you're doing is harassment, plain and simple. You can say it's not, but it technically is. You can throw in proof of Donald acting up on other sites, but what you are doing is still harassment.

Just because someone owes you money, doesn't mean you can harass them everywhere they go. There are laws against that.

Yankees put it perfectly, you can't get someone banned on eBay for something they may have done elsewhere. Big rule why, is because they can't investigate something that doesn't have to do with them. If it happened there, they would have recourse, but since it did not, it wouldn't be right to ban someone for what someone else said.

Actually you can get someone banned on eBay for something they have done elsewhere IE: PayPal but then again given the amount of lies you tell I doubt you care. I get you can but are unwilling to ban him in order to force a possible dialogue between us which is understandable just understand I am stubborn and want my items or the money promised.

Nevermind that at one point Paypal was a subsidiary of ebay and its primary 3rd party payment processor. But lets keep pretending its an apples to apples situation.

Leaptrade will not ban someone for something they did elsewhere. Its not reasonable to expect them to do so. Stop wasting your energy trying to get them to do something they have no reason to do. As long as Donald is behaving here he will stick around.

No what you are is someone who will keep bashing his head against a brick wall until the wall falls or he dies. Meanwhile everyone else just walks around the wall.

You're going to give up eventually. You can't carry this anger around forever. You got screwed. I get it. It happens to all of us at some point. But you've been told the best way to handle it. You choose to do things that maybe make you feel better but don't actually move you any closer to resolving your issues.

Sometimes you have to be the bigger person no matter how hard it hurts, and just forgive the debt and move on.  That is my final advice on the matter.  Can we please get back to trading on here?

I have done hundreds of deals on the Internet all the way back to before there was the web.  Ran auctions in Usenet.  Over that time I can say I've had about 5 bad deals.  But there have been several great, unbelievable deals.  Best you can do is figure it evens out over time and learn from it.  I remember the first time, sent a couple hundred dollars to Tarsa Farvata for a bunch of Disney videos.  The videos never showed up and Tarsa became impossible to locate.  But there have been deals like when Half.com started up.  3 DVD's for $1.  Got the whole James Bond DVD set for $20 on Amazon.  So, get over it, if it's a major loss (over, $1,000) then get authorities involved.  There's nothing you can do unless you or a friend lives close to the person and wants to make a personal visit.
