What is your favorite media player? To either play music, or even videos? Well, since I use Linux Ubuntu as my OS on my PC I use Rhythmbox, which gets the job done fine music wise. For videos I use VLC media player.

    Anyways, what about you all?

My favorite media player is probably windows media player. It's pre-installed and works fine for what I need it to do. I also would like to add Winamp as I used that a lot in the past on my older PC. A really good media player, well for music of course. I've used VLC media player a bit as well, which I liked.

Winamp for me. I remember when I first used it back in my XP days and it was always a seamless player and worked pretty decently in older computers. I still use it on each computer I get because it's the better one. Plus they have a web browser on it, so you can't pass that up.

For videos, maybe VLC media player too.

Amorok maybe. I used a lot of media players in my day, but the big one that plays all is probably Windows Media Player. I don't think Winamp or many of the others can play music and vidoes. Actually, I think vlc plays music and videos, so that's worth looking into I suppose.

I've used Winamp before, a truly great music player. Though I think it's more of a memory hog than many others out there. For me I used it on an older PC and it was really slow, so I jumped back to Windows back then.

Winamp is nice, but I mainly stream my music through pandora or soundcloud. To me, media players are all the same. They provide the same outcome and work nearly the same amongst each other.
