I am needing help, and am incredibly frustrated. I had about $25 of credit sitting in my account. I had since moved from the address listed on my account (a few times actually) and now live in a completely different state. Life happens, my account went inactive and I have not been on here until while we took time to settle our family. A $20 game autoshipped to me. I contacted customer service and told that I no longer live there and cannot receive it, nor do I need it or want it any more (purchased it locally actually). The website then auto feed backed for me that the game was received and as described and deducted my credits. I did not order the game, did not confirm it, nor receive it and am now out my credits. Please help.
