Have not been here in two years, game shipped to old address

    I am needing help, and am incredibly frustrated.  I had about $25 of credit sitting in my account.  I had since moved from the address listed on my account (a few times actually) and now live in a completely different state.  Life happens, my account went inactive and I have not been on here until while we took time to settle our family.  A $20 game autoshipped to me.  I contacted customer service and told that I no longer live there and cannot receive it, nor do I need it or want it any more (purchased it locally actually).  The website then auto feed backed for me that the game was received and as described and deducted my credits.  I did not order the game, did not confirm it, nor receive it and am now out my credits.  Please help.

    Our team recently responded to a couple of your emails, please check for those. 


     


    Requests will stay active until matched or cancelled. If you match with a user who listed the game at the price you requested it at, you will automatically be confirmed for that trade. If you match with a user listing above market price, you will have the option to confirm the request. 


     


    We went ahead and issued the credit back to your account this time, but please make sure your address and other info is up to date whenever you move. If you have any active requests you are no longer interested in, please make sure they're cancelled as well.

    responded via email and message.  Thank you for your assistance. Updating information now.  I was unaware that games could still ship to you if matched when your status was inactive.

    No problem, I'm happy to help. And yes, if you leave a request active, it can match as long as your account isn't on vacation. If it's on vacation, then the request is put on hold until you sign back in to your account. 


     


    If this game happens to be returned to us at some point, we can trade it back in so another user can get it.
