    I noticed in the last few trades and confirmations, the notifications havent been sent to my email box. Is there an on going issue?

    I wonder if this is why many trades havent been confirmed.....members are simply not getting the notifications in the inbox.

    We aren't seeing any issues with emails on the site, they seem to be flowing like normal.  Could you check your spam or junk folder to see if it went there accidentally?  We'll send you a message on here so it'll generate the "You have a new message..." email.  See if that one comes through for you.

    i got the email that you sent,  but for some reason a few days ago i had matched up with someone to buy a game and the only email i got was that they had cancelled it a few days later.  I didnt even know i was matched with someone.  That was the only time it happened for me though

    Loooks like both the test emails went through, but please let us know if it ever happens again where you don't receive emails for trade notifications and we'll investigate further.

    i just got matched with someone who is selling a game but i didnt receive an email.  Do we only get emails if they ship/cancel the game?  Ive only been getting emails when they cancel.  Because if i didnt check the website i wouldnt have even known i was matched with someone

    That's correct, when you are buying or requesting a game, you just get a notification when they actually ship the game.  

     

    We are working on updating the emails now and are evaluating that scenario where they confirm and then cancel the trade.  We want to make sure it's not confusing to get an email about the trade being cancelled before it ships.

    I didn't receive a trade notification for a match either late last night or early this morning.  If I hadn't checked my dashboard, I would not have seen it.
