    Are you saying you didn't receive an email, or that it didn't show it on site that there was a matched trade?

    I believe she didn't receive the email notification. Come to think of it, on my last several trades I didn't get the email notification on any of them - I just checked my email and there were no notifications on those. Luckily I check my dashboard frequently.

    We're aware of email notifications not getting sent. The team is looking into it, but it seems to be with our email service, and we're waiting on them to sort it. We're hoping it's resolved soon.

    Yes it was the lack of an email notification. I can see everything on my dashboard fine.

    That's good. I was worried that wasn't working.


     


    I got an update from the team the other day, saying it seems to be with the email service we're using. We're waiting on their response for a fix. I'll be sure to update you all as I hear more.

    No news on this yet. It seems to be with our email service and last I heard they were still looking into it. I will ask for an update.

    That was fast, the team said our email service should have fixed the issue yesterday. They said it may take a bit for emails to start going through, but we did see some recently, so that's a good sign. 

     

    You may receive old emails as well, so please keep that in mind if you receive a lot at once.
