    processing exceptioin
Processing exception? I've called them everyday since may 7th and they never answer the phone. This is a $15 trade. I printed the label exactly as leaptrade dictates. My next best guess is to ask the postman himself because they refuse to answer my calls.

A processing exception means something unforeseen has happened, such as damage in transit, the destination address is unknown, or a facility problem that will delay sending it out (extra scrutiny for a suspicious package, employee theft, equipment malfunction, etc.)

    Basically, you should be worried.

It isn't always bad, but definitely annoying when packages get delayed like this.  One suggestion would be to try and contact your local post office to see if they can help.

In the end, if they fail to deliver it, or deliver it damaged, just shoot us an email at  help@leaptrade.com and we'll take care of things.

Hey, thanks. They refuse to answer the phone so I'm going to call another location and see if they've ever run in to this kind of thing before. My last 5 trades have been taking much longer than usual. I think from now on I'm going to drop them off at the post office instead of sending from my mailbox.

I was living in apartment for a while and found the blue mailbox down the street to be a much better option than putting in the regular outgoing mail slot of the apartment building... not sure if anyting nefarious was going on, but it made a huge difference...

Yeah I think I had this happen to me once. It all ended up fine and dandy, but I did worry a bit. Glad to see it arrived.

Thanks man. Nice icon lol. I live on the border of a big city and small town, just got a new trade request in, gonna drop it at the small town post office so it avoids that other office all together. Not answering the phone for 3 days in a row is ridiculous.
