Basically that instaswap thing Murg really, really wanted over at Goozex. Go to someone's collection in your friends list and hover over the game art, you can propose a 1 to 1 trade with anyone in your friends list, offering one game, several games or a combination of that and leaptrade credits in a direct trade.

SO since im new to this  would it be better to go into friend to friend and find a game and go

I want this game    and will give you  XXXX  CREDIT     (lower then the asking price)  and hit submit trade

    or

Go into message and go  i  will give you  XXXX CREDIT FOR THAT GAME

i just submittted a  F TO F  traded   but dont know if im doing this right

Either works. Or both. Personally, I tend to offer a little more than the listed price because I assume if someone wanted to trade it at the listed price then they would have done it already and you'd be able to snag it from the queue.

Now, if there's ten in the queue already with no buyers then that's different.

"It depends" I guess is the answer. It's nice to have that kind of trading flexibilty though.

The lowered shipping costs for cheap games is a welcome addition.

I probably wouldn't have bothered shipping cheap games but now I'll have to reconsider.

There still needs to be a way to search for a specific game and have it list which of your friends have it. As it is, you have to go through each of your friends' lists one by one.

Another welcome addition would be to have the games listed in friend to friend trades also be allowed to be on the normal trade list. I'd rather not have to manage two seperate lists. I'd like to be able to trade or buy a game as soon as it's available, whether that's through friend-friend or a normal trade. The system now makes you bet on one trade method for a single game and denies you the other trade method. Why not let me list a game for a friend trade and for normal trade and see who bites first?

I suppose the argument against this would be that friend trades are essentially line-jumping. Someone could friend everyone possible and constantly jump queues, which would make the queue system broken.

Yes, I'm hoping this is going to be in the next update too. I think LT said it was planned(?), it would certainly make the Friend to Friend thing more appealing.

Most Impressive response time on these important additions.

Some other trading sites take several months to make even a minor update.

It is great to see that LeapTrade is working hard on improvements.

    Thanks LT!
